Terms
Terms and Conditions
Our approach to project quotes, source material and agreed digital deliverables.
Last updated:
These terms describe the PlanToCAD drawing service. The accepted project quote and written agreement define the scope, price, delivery and project-specific conditions. Submitting an inquiry does not place a paid order.
Service scope
PlanToCAD provides architectural and technical drawing services based on client source material. The agreed scope defines source files, drawing types, detail and deliverables.
Source material
Clients are responsible for supplying source drawings, measurements, notes and usage requirements. Missing or conflicting information may require clarification or an agreed exclusion.
Quotes and acceptance
A quote request is an inquiry, not an order for paid work. Drawing scope, pricing, payment terms, exclusions, cancellation arrangements and any required deposit are agreed in writing before work begins. Contact us before accepting a quote if any condition needs clarification.
Deliverables
Requested outputs may include PDF, PLN - Archicad, DWG and DXF. Additional formats and software/version compatibility must be confirmed for the particular project; selecting an option is not a compatibility guarantee. Drawing content, units, layers and the final file set are agreed before work begins.
Service boundaries
Architectural redrawing and plan digitization are the core service. Drawing modifications, new layouts and architectural design work require a separately agreed scope. Specialist engineering, authority submissions, approvals and other specialist services are confirmed separately; they are not automatically included in a standard redrawing quote.
Portfolio use
Client drawings should only be shown publicly with appropriate permission and any required confidentiality review.
Intellectual property and permissions
Clients must have permission to provide source material for the agreed redrawing work. Ownership, permitted use of deliverables, third-party rights and confidentiality arrangements must be specified in the final agreement. No publication permission is inferred from a quote submission.
Revisions
Included review rounds and correction procedures are defined in the project quote. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised price and delivery date, agreed before the additional work begins.
Delivery
Delivery timing and method are agreed after source review. A requested deadline is a preference, not an automatic commitment. Missing information or changed scope may require a revised agreement.
Uploaded material
The quote workflow accepts listed source formats for review, not automatic conversion. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share. Storage and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy; an inquiry reference is not a project-tracking account.
Project responsibilities
The project agreement defines the intended use of the drawings and each party's responsibilities. Redrawing does not by itself verify site measurements, structural performance or compliance, and does not provide authority approval or professional certification. Raise any specialist review requirements before work begins. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
