Services
CAD redrawing across architectural drawing types.
Send PDFs, scans, photographs, sketches or mixed reference material. We redraw individual architectural drawings and complete drawing sets as clean, organized documentation, with the scope agreed after review.
Send the references you have, even if they are incomplete: PDFs, scans, photographs, sketches, markups or measurements. We review them together and confirm what can be drawn, cleaned up or developed before quoting. PDF, scan and sketch services follow the source you have. Architectural and technical drawing services describe the wider drawing work we can agree with you.

Scope
Architectural information, recreated in CAD.
Our core work is architectural redrawing and digitization, from individual floor plans, elevations and sections to site plans, roof plans, details and complete drawing sets. Modifications, updated layouts, drawing development and architectural design work can also be undertaken when separately agreed.
Common source material
- Architectural PDF drawings
- Scanned plans and old paper drawings
- Blueprint and archive documents
- Images or photographs of plans
- Hand sketches, markups, measurements and mixed documentation
The drawing basis
The redraw follows information supplied by the client. Missing dimensions or building details need clarification, additional measurements or an agreed exclusion.

Drawing information
Architectural plans, custom built elements and technical details: geometry, dimensions and annotations to the agreed level of detail.
Agreed before drafting
Confirm suitability, formats, software/version, units, sheet scales, layers and content before quoting. Not every format suits every project. A PDF is not an editable CAD file; requesting PLN does not automatically include a complete BIM model.
