Architectural plans, custom built elements and technical details: geometry, dimensions and annotations to the agreed level of detail.
Agreed before drafting
Confirm suitability, formats, software/version, units, sheet scales, layers and content before quoting. Not every format suits every project. A PDF is not an editable CAD file; requesting PLN does not automatically include a complete BIM model.
Source quality
What determines the scope and accuracy.
Vector and raster PDFs
Vector PDFs can preserve lines and text; raster PDFs contain a flat image. Both need a file review. Neither guarantees usable CAD geometry, so manual redrawing may be required.
Scale and dimensions
Include the original sheet size, scale and any known dimensions. A PDF resized for printing can change apparent scale; supplied dimensions provide a check.
Readable drawing detail
Low-resolution linework and flattened text can limit the redraw. Unclear dimensions are raised for clarification before they become part of the CAD file.

Can you convert PDF drawings to DWG?
Yes. Architectural PDF floor plans, elevations and sections can be redrawn into editable DWG or DXF. Vector and raster PDFs are reviewed separately; the scope may require manual redrawing rather than automatic conversion.
Architectural PDF redrawingWhich output formats can I receive?
PDF reference sheets, PLN for Archicad, editable DWG and DXF are available by agreement. Other formats require confirmation. We agree software/version, units, scale, layers, dimensions and detail; PLN does not automatically include a complete BIM model.
What happens if dimensions are missing?
Missing information is not invented. If dimensions or building details are unclear, the scope records clarification questions, exclusions or assumptions for your agreement before they are used.

The quote depends on sheet count, drawing type and complexity, source quality, required detail, deliverables and deadline. Drawing modifications, new layouts and design work are assessed separately when requested.
