Drawing information
Architectural plans, custom built elements and technical details: geometry, dimensions and annotations to the agreed level of detail.
Agreed before drafting
Confirm suitability, formats, software/version, units, sheet scales, layers and content before quoting. Not every format suits every project. A PDF is not an editable CAD file; requesting PLN does not automatically include a complete BIM model.

What determines the scope and accuracy.
Drawing date and changes
An archive floor plan records the building as documented at that time. Provide marked changes or current measurements if the layout has since been altered.
Plan content and layers
Confirm whether you need dimensions, room names, furniture or other supplied elements. Units, CAD version and layer conventions are agreed for the intended drawing workflow.
Drawing basis and project scope
Redrawing digitizes the supplied information. Current building information and unclear details are confirmed with you. Specialist engineering, authority submissions and approval services are confirmed separately where required by the project scope.

What file types can I send?
You can send architectural PDFs, scans, JPG or PNG images, photos of plans, old drawings, blueprints and measured hand sketches. Clearer source material usually allows a more precise scope and cleaner output.
Choose a service for your source materialWhich output formats can I receive?
PDF reference sheets, PLN for Archicad, editable DWG and DXF are available by agreement. Other formats require confirmation. We agree software/version, units, scale, layers, dimensions and detail; PLN does not automatically include a complete BIM model.
How is the price calculated?
The quote depends on sheet count, drawing type and complexity, source quality, required detail, deliverables and deadline. Drawing modifications, new layouts and design work are assessed separately when requested.
How the material review worksHow long does a redraw take?
Turnaround depends on project scope and source quality. A realistic schedule can be provided after reviewing the drawings.
